Five Alternatives to January’s Overcrowded Gyms – #4

January 5, 2016 by Lindsay Diven

We continue our series on Five Alternatives to January’s overcrowded gyms. So far, we have suggested a friendly neighborhood competition, a boot camp, and a running club. Today we are going to feature Yoga Nona sponsored by the Lake Nona Life Project.

Yoga Nona Sponsored by Lake Nona Life Project

Every Saturday beginning at 10am you can join a comfortably paced community yoga class. The classes allow time for beginners to learn the poses and advanced yogis to hone their skills.

Each class is one-hour long, free to attend and open to the public. They are held outside at Crescent Park in the Laureate Park neighborhood. Just bring your mat, towel and water.

Schedule:

  • Saturday, January 9 at 10am
  • Saturday, January 16 at 10am
  • Saturday, January 23 at 10am
  • Saturday, January 30 at 10am

Location:

Crescent Park inside the Laureate Park Neighborhood  |  8374 Upper Perse Circle
