Lake Nona Run Club – A Running Club for EVERYONE!
Lake Nona Run Club aims to encourage, support, educate and safely guide runners to their goals. They take pride in their friendly atmosphere and welcome individuals of all abilities. They believe determination and effort guides runners to success. Lake Nona Run Club is a positive, healthy, and learning environment.
Lake Nona Run Club focuses on strengthening the body as a whole. Strength training and stretching are an important part of their training schedules.
The club meets in both the morning and evening to accommodate your schedule. There is an annual fee of $60 for the entire household. They can help everyone, even beginners, train for race distances including a 5k, 10k, half marathon, full marathon or even an ultra-marathon.
All paces, including walkers and parents with strollers, are welcome to the club. Kids 10 years of age and older are welcome as well with parental supervision.
Run Club Schedule:
- Mornings at 5:30am
- Evenings at 6:30pm
- Saturdays at 5:30am
