
Ronald McDonald House Charities® of Central Florida (RMHCCF) is pleased to announce the appointment of Roel Yambao as its new Chief Executive Officer. A respected healthcare and nonprofit leader with more than 20 years of experience, Yambao will lead the organization in advancing its mission to provide essential services that remove barriers, strengthen families, and promote healing when children need healthcare.
Yambao joins RMHCCF following his tenure as Chief Operating Officer of AdventHealth Foundation Central Florida, where he oversaw operations, donor relations, marketing and communications, events, data and analytics, administration, and team development. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for strengthening organizations, fostering meaningful partnerships, and helping mission-driven teams maximize their impact.
As CEO, Yambao will guide RMHCCF through its next chapter of growth, ensuring the organization continues to expand its reach and deliver exceptional support to families with children receiving critical medical care in Central Florida. His leadership will support the charity’s enduring commitment to one simple goal: Serving more families, better.
