Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer Announces New Police Chief Orlando Rolan

Mayor Buddy Dyer swore in the new police chief of Orlando, Deputy Chief Orlando Rolon, a 25-year veteran of the Orlando Police Department, on Oct. 29 as the 39th chief of the agency. Rolan replaced Chief John Mina who is retiring in order to focus on becoming the Orange County sheriff. UCF Lake Nona Medical Center Names Wendy Brandon as CEO

Local Second Grader Wins Baton Twirling National Title

Brooke Gelbwaks, age 7, daughter of Jeff and Kiff Gelbwaks, recently competed in the American Youth on Parade NBTA, National and World Baton Twirling competition at Notre Dame University in South Bend, Ind.
