Tai Chi in Laureate Park – Lakehouse (NEW LOCATION)

We’re excited to offer Tai Chi to Lake Nona residents every Sunday afternoon. Tai Chi is free and open to the public, so bring your friends and neighbors!
The Lakehouse is located at 13623 Sachs Avenue Orlando, FL 32827 within the Laureate Park neighborhood in Lake Nona.

Kevin P Merrigan is a Integral Qigong & Tai Chi Teacher, exposed to Chinese Martial & Healing Arts for over forty years. Kevin introduced Tai Chi Easy, made up of Qigong and Tai Chi to Veterans & Staff at the Orlando VA Medical Center for the last 1.5 years.
