January 27 @ 8:30 am - 5:30 pm

January is the perfect time to prep your body, mind, and spirit for the new year. Making changes in certain areas of your life can be exciting, but can also elicit feelings of stress and overwhelm. You may have started a workout regime or made some diet changes, or you may not even be sure yet which areas of your life need attention to achieve a healthier and more harmonious life this year.

This in-person full day event will allow you to evaluate a few areas of your life to help set mindful intentions and bring meaningful change:

  • Your personal connection to nature
  • Your core values for life
  • Your personal fitness & mobility
  • Your mindfulness practices
  • Your nutrition and health
  • Your ways to reduce stress and find balance

This is an invitation to immerse yourself in the beauty of nature through the practice of Forest Bathing guided by Tina, and experience getting answers you may be seeking in a different kind of way. You will be encouraged to take a deep dive into your Core Values and evaluate your current life according to those identified, set mindful goals for 2024 and nurture your spirit. We will explore movement & mobility together and explore some techniques to improve on potential limitations. Breathwork and other relaxation techniques will be shared and Tina will introduce you to the Ho’oponopono Meditation for Forgiveness of self and others.

You will feel GROUNDED, REFRESHED and newly EQUIPPED with a clearer Vision for 2024. Take control of your well-being this year and find greater joy.

What is Forest Bathing you may ask?
Forest bathing is the practice of immersing yourself in nature in a mindful way, using your senses to derive a whole range of benefits for your physical, mental, emotional, and social health. It is also known as Shinrin-yoku. ‘Shinrin’ means forest and ‘Yoku’ stands for bathing.

This retreat will also offer Mobility & Breathwork, Gentle Yoga & Meditation, Self Nurturing Techniques, Natural Solutions for health and wellbeing, a Gong Bath, and a Fire Ceremony.

Healthy meals, snacks and tea will be provided and rest time is given to recharge in hammocks or your favorite spot in nature or home to fully unwind, reset and make unforgettable memories.

Don’t miss out on this opportunity to nurture yourself in the heart of nature and Tina’s serene eco-friendly log home and garden for a deeper connection to your inner self.
