Harry’s Sip & Savor Pairing Dinner

Professional mixologists craft delicious and unique Fall signature spirits and cocktails using Jameson Irish Whiskey, Smooth Ambler Contradiction, a rare bourbon, and Monkey 47 Gin. The hotel’s Chef Tello will then create a perfectly complementary meal, dishes that include tuna tartar with cucumber cilantro broth and Pumpkin Spice Alaskan Scallops.
