Don Fisher is the Osceola County Manager, serving since 2010. His position functions as the CEO in one of the fastest growing counties in the U.S., presiding over nearly a $2 billion budget and 1,600 employees to ensure delivery of essential community services and planning strategically for community development while driving continuous improvement.  Prior to this role, he served as the County’s Growth Management Administrator. Don has over 40 years of local government experience including 21 years with Seminole County.

 During the course of his years of dedicated service to local government, Don’s management philosophy revolves around:

• Building public and employee trust through open and honest communication

• Leadership by example that challenges the organization for continuous improvement

Michael Meechin is the Principal at NeoCity Academy, an innovative high school disrupting the idea of traditional schooling with a focus on true 21st C. learning.
In addition to his work at NeoCity Academy, Michael works as an educational strategist with schools and districts across the country. As a proud product of the inner-city school system, Mike has brought his knowledge and leadership to schools in Metro Atlanta and Osceola County serving as Principal at Poinciana High School before moving to his current position.
Michael was selected as the 2018 Florida Innovative Principal of the Year by the Florida Council of Instructional Technology Leaders and was recently awarded the School District
