School Update: Innovation Middle School

April 2, 2020 by Chris Clark

These events might be subject to cancellation, due to the coronavirus pandemic.

As we fly into spring, the Phoenix are busy with many fun activities.

The IMS Student Government Association is planning a spring carnival and would like to invite the entire community to attend. Many school clubs and organizations will host booths with fun games and will share information about all their fun year-round activities. There will be lots to do, including inflatables, games and snacks for sale. Please join us on Friday, April 10, from 4-8 p.m. at the Innovation Middle School, located at 13950 Story Park Blvd. Tickets are $2 in advance and $4 at the door. SGA is excited to host this event and hopes it becomes an annual tradition at IMS. SGA is looking for donations and volunteers to help run the carnival. Learn how you can help by visiting the IMS PTSA Facebook page.

The IMS Drama department will perform Cinderella on April 23-25 at 7 p.m. Tickets are on sale at teachtix.com for $10 each. VIP tickets are available at $15.

IMS faculty and staff are planning the first annual 8th grade ball for students. It will be held on May 16 at the school. Parents are needed to help support this new tradition. Please see the IMS Facebook page for more details and to sign up to help.
