A comfortably paced community yoga class that allows time for beginners to find their poses and advanced practitioners to find their edges. Open to all ages and skill levels! These hour-long classes are free and open to the public and held outdoors at Crescent Park, so dress appropriately and bring your own mat, towel and water.
Kick off the start to the weekend with live entertainment, lawn games and more every Saturday in Lake Nona Town Center from 11 am – 3 pm.
Join us in celebrating all the brave men and women who have served our country this Veterans Day in Lake Nona Town Center. The event will feature a Stage presentation with speakers, the Patriotic Parachuters, bag pipes, Honor Guard presentation, trumpeters, singers, Veteran vendors, DJ, and Military vehicles.
Classes will be offered at 6:00 PM and 7:10 PM on Mondays, 7:10 PM Wednesdays, and 9:15 AM Fridays at Dockside Lake Nona
