Between Teens is a weekly support group for High School aged teenagers.
This is an open and ongoing group where teenagers can do fun activities while learning:
- How to build and maintain positive and healthy relationships.
- Improve self-image, esteem and self confidence.
- Cope with stressors including school, family and friends
- Cope with stress and anxiety
- Be media smart
Group is held every Thursday
Fee $30 per session.
