New and expectant moms, join us Tuesday evenings for free Outdoor Prenatal Yoga on the Green! Prenatal yoga can provide multiple benefits to your physical and emotional health during pregnancy. Certified yoga instructor Carrie Howard will lead participants through a practice focusing on breath, mindfulness and movement.
*IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Bring yoga mat and water. Class may be cancelled or moved indoors in the event of inclement weather.
