Orlando Student Earns Sixth Place at Science Event with More Than 2,000 Competitors

An Orlando Science Schools student who attended a national STEM event alongside 2,000 competitors placed in the top 10! Maram put her skills to the test at the Science Olympiad National Tournament in Nebraska. Maram B.N. competed alongside her teammates at the Science Olympiad National Tournament, which was held in Nebraska in May, and scored sixth place in an event that challenged participants to build a miniature helicopter using rubber bands. The OSS group earned 29th place overall at the prestigious event.
