In a similar fashion to its neighbor, Lake Nona, Sunbridge has introduced its newest informational center for residents and visitors called Basecamp. Basecamp will be the go-to place for those looking for entertainment and information about the neighborhood they live in.
Basecamp embraces the nature-forward theme of the region and is styled after a campsite. Here, people can find all things Sunbridge, an outdoor pavilion, a two-mile nature trail, and a valuable hotspot of information for the region. Much like Tavistock’s Lake Nona Information Center, it will be a great resource for both locals and tourists.
Basecamp is located along Cyrils Drive in Saint Cloud across from Del Webb Sunbridge. On the same road, just east of the informational center, is the second residential neighborhood in Sunbridge, Weslyn Park. This section includes a wide variety of residential lots and homes by Ashton Woods, Craft Homes, David Weekley Homes, Pulte Homes, and Toll Brothers.
Many of these builders have already made a large splash in Lake Nona. A mix of contemporary and traditional styles, a multitude of trails, play areas and natural spaces, and sustainable living necessities help Weslyn Park hold its own in a region with so many beautiful homes to choose from. The newest addition to Sunbridge has anything a true Florida local would love: lakes, oak forests, flourishing gardens, and wetlands all webbed together through a series of walkable, bike-able, and enjoyable trails.
Within the 577 new homes coming to the community, energy efficiency, sustainability and smart construction will be consistent throughout. James Hardie products and the craftsmanship of each homebuilder will promote the regional values of using materials and technology wisely.
In addition to the new Basecamp Information Center and launch of Weslyn Park, Central Floridians and visitors alike can look forward to Sunbridge’s further development down the line. The region will feature various amenities, more trails for hiking and exercising, a new K-8 public school slated for 2024, and a recreational area right on the waterfront. The area will be friendly for boating, eating, shopping and enjoying the region’s impressive events.
With so much to look forward to in Tavistock’s latest community, Lake Nona continues to be one of the most environmentally-conscious and high-tech regions in Central Florida. Check out Sunbridge if you’re looking for an involved community with opportunities for active people, appreciators of nature, and those looking to connect with others. Sales for homes in Weslyn Park will begin over the course of the next few weeks.
