Lake Nona Arts Takes the Stage

April 2, 2026 by Stephanie Houde Leave a Comment

A new spotlight is set to shine on the local performing arts scene as Lake Nona Arts prepares to present its upcoming Broadway-style revue, Stage Struck, written by the Lake Nona Arts community. The production will bring together a wide range of local talent for an evening celebrating some of musical theater’s most beloved songs and stories.

Stage Struck will feature performances by the Lake Nona Arts community choir and community orchestra, alongside a cast of local actors who will bring the spirit of Broadway to the stage. The revue-style show will highlight selections inspired by classic and contemporary musical theater, offering audiences a lively journey through show-stopping numbers, memorable melodies, and dynamic ensemble performances.

Organizers say the production reflects the collaborative energy of the Lake Nona Arts community. By uniting singers, musicians and actors from across the area, Stage Struck aims to showcase the depth of local talent while creating an accessible, family-friendly night of entertainment for residents and visitors alike.

Performances of Stage Struck are expected to draw theater lovers and community supporters eager to celebrate the performing arts close to home. With live orchestration, powerful choral arrangements and engaging theatrical moments, the show promises a vibrant tribute to the enduring magic of Broadway.

Stage Struck will only run for two nights! You can catch this show on May 1-2 at 7 p.m. at 11101 Moss Park Rd, Orlando 32832 (Spring of Life United Methodist Church). Tickets are available through the Lake Nona Arts website and social media platforms.
