ORLANDO, Fla. (June 21, 2016) – Tavistock Restaurant Collection is pleased to announce a new original concept, Chroma Modern Bar + Kitchen. A cornerstone of the all-new Lake Nona Town Center, the restaurant will open this September for lunch and dinner.

The name Chroma stems from the Greek word for color and serves as a reflection of its surrounding influences.  In design and cuisine, Chroma Modern Bar + Kitchen reflects the innovative Lake Nona community by incorporating a contemporary dining atmosphere with scratch-made dishes. Chroma’s modern American menu will include a variety of healthy and indulgent options available in small plates, shareable appetizers, and entrees giving guests flexibility in their dining experience. The restaurant will open for dinner every day and for lunch Monday-Friday.

“We are excited to open a second concept in Orlando,” said Tavistock Restaurant Collection CEO John Bettin. “Our goal with Chroma is to create a communal atmosphere by delivering superior service and exceptional food and drink options in a lively setting. We’re excited to continue our contribution to the growing dining scene in Lake Nona with the addition of Chroma.”

Every detail of the 256-seat restaurant has been thoughtfully designed and planned to create a social environment where guests can connect, dine, and unwind. Chroma’s visible kitchen faces the vibrant bar and lounge where patrons can choose from a range of local and craft beers, specialty cocktails, and wines-on-tap. Diners can opt to sit inside in cozy banquettes, enjoy a meal outside on the covered patio or outdoor lounge, or in the solarium complete with views of Lake Nona Town Center’s community art installation, “The Beacon.”

The latest original concept from Tavistock Restaurant Collection, Chroma is the group’s second location in Central Florida following the opening of Canvas Restaurant & Market in the Laureate Park Village Center earlier this year.
