Two dancers from Chace Dance Company, Annabella Eley and Allison Kreger, who live and train in Lake Nona, have qualified to represent the United States at the Dance World Cup this July in Dublin, Ireland.
The Dance World Cup is an international competition often compared to the Olympics of dance. This year’s event will include more than 10,500 dancers from over 68 countries, all competing for world titles.
Qualifying for the Dance World Cup is considered a significant achievement, recognizing technical excellence and artistic ability. Eley and Kreger are believed to be the only dancers from Florida selected to compete at this year’s event.
In addition to competing, the dancers will have the opportunity to train alongside and learn from young performers from across the globe, gaining valuable international experience.
Both dancers are excited and honored to represent Team USA, as well as the Lake Nona community, on an international stage.
