Pet Alliance, Central Florida’s “go-to” pet experts, is excited to announce the 33rd Annual Sherry Chappell Cooper Foundation Furball Gala at the Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort on Saturday, November 8, 2025.  As Pet Alliance’s largest fundraiser of the year, Furball is an unforgettable evening of elegance and fun that directly supports Pet Alliance’s mission to rescue, rehab and rehome thousands of homeless cats and dogs each year.  Guests will savor a selection of wine, spirits and passed hors d’oeuvres while cuddling with available puppies and kittens at the AAA Cares Cuddle Lounge, bid on fabulous items in the Silent Auction, enjoy a delicious plated meal, indulge in a delectable dessert display, dance and celebrate all the good Pet Alliance has done for their animals, while delighting in the luxury and impeccable service that the Four Seasons Resort Orlando is renowned for.

“Get ready for a night of compassion, celebration and community spirit — The 2025 Furball will be a night to remember!” says Pet Alliance Executive Director Steve Bardy.  “As Central Florida’s oldest and largest animal welfare organization, our staff and volunteers proudly provide each pet with individualized love and care while they wait for their new family, no matter how long it takes.  With the completion of our new Orlando shelter on the horizon, this year’s Furball will be a very exciting night for Orlando’s animal loving community to celebrate with us and contribute to our life saving mission.”

About Pet Alliance

Pet Alliance was founded in 1937 as the Orlando Humane Society.  Since then, the organization has worked hard to provide positive and safe outcomes for pets.  Today, Pet Alliance has a dedicated focus on the welfare and well-being of dogs and cats in Orange, Seminole and Osceola Counties.  As the “go to” experts in Greater Orlando, they do good things for dogs and cats and the people who love them.  Their goal is to provide compassionate and knowledgeable services for pets and to be leaders in innovative animal care and veterinary medicine.  More than 4,000 surrendered pets and homeless animals turn to Pet Alliance for caring, compassion and hope through their shelters each year.  Pet Alliance provides food, medical care and shelter for dogs and cats until they find their new homes.  In addition to providing housing and care, Pet Alliance works to develop progressive and innovative programs that help keep pets and people together.  Pet Alliance also provides low-cost spay/neuter surgeries and animal wellness through their public veterinary clinics.  Their shelter programs are supported entirely by donations from the community they serve.
