The Evans Syndrome Foundation!

More than 40 Lake Nona neighbors came together this morning to participate in the First Annual Lake Nona Boot Camp Games. All proceeds (more than $900) from the games are donated to the Evans Syndrome Foundation which raises money for medical research.

Teams formed and participated in boot camp-styled challenges that included planks, burpees, flipping a 160-lb tire, pulling a 100-lb sled and even pushing a car!
