Tai Chi for Beginners

Tai chi, often referred to as “Moving Meditation” is performed in a slow series of gentle, flowing movements.  A non-competitive form of exercise that is known for stress reduction and a variety of other health conditions.

Gear:  Nothing to bring. Wear something comfortable.
