Run Nona 5k & Nemours Kids Run

Beat the heat and experience the excitement of Lake Nona at the newly revamped Run Nona H20. Run Nona 5k runners and walkers will have a great time as they explore Orlando’s coolest community. The Nemours Kids’ Run and Kids’ Zone will occupy your littlest runners with engaging activities specifically for them.

This year, Lake Nona’s signature race will transform into a family fun festival right in Lake Nona Town Center. There will be ice-cold treats and live entertainment. Once the sun goes down join us at the Beacon for a one-of-a-kind party like you’ve never seen before! You’ll also be able to enjoy curated food and beverage by the culinary team of Boxi Park throughout the event. So, grab your family, friends, and neighbors and meet us at Lake Nona Town Center, for a fantastic day of festivities!

We continue to monitor health guidelines released by the CDC as it relates to sporting events. We are in constant communication with our City partners. The event is on as planned to be an in person event with the option to participate virtually. View current safety protocols

6:15 pm –  5k Start
7:15 pm –   5k Awards Presentation (Overalls and Top Lake Nona Residents)
Age Group Awards will be available for pick-up at the awards table
