Goose Island Vintage Beer & Food Pairing

This event is limited to 25 seats. Reserve your spot today by stopping in or calling ahead and purchasing a $50 Gift card. Price is $50 per person and includes the following:
1st Course- A pint of Goose Isand 4 Star Pilsner or Goose Island IPA
2nd Course- A glass of Sofie Saison served with a mixed green salad with goat cheese and a citrus vinaigrette
3rd Course- A glass of Gillian Wild Ale served with bacon wrapped scallops (shrimp may be substituted)
4th Course- A glass of Lolita Wild Ale served with Pork Tenderloin sliders with Prociutto, Brie and a Sofie butter sauce
