Galentine’s Day Shopping Event

Goodwill Industries of Central Florida invites the community to call a girlfriend, or two, for a night of unique shopping that also helps individuals find work.

On Thurs., Feb. 13, GoodFinds Central Florida will host a “Galentine’s Day” event with a pop-up shop featuring designer handbags without the high-fashion price tags at Goodwill’s Winter Park Boutique. Shoppers will also have access to the jewelry, clothing, shoes and household items regularly available at the boutique. Between 12 p.m. and 7 p.m., GoodFinds staff will have special identification software available to verify the authenticity of designer purses.

Goodwill Industries of Central Florida launched GoodFinds in 2018 to showcase the brand-name items received as donations. The e-commerce site also offers an online boutique shopping experience from the comfort of home. Sales benefit Goodwill’s job training and placement programs to assist people in overcoming barriers to employment.
