Empowering Women Through Mental Wellness Workshops

Are you in need of some intelligent mental self- care? How about a mental wellness re-boot?
Cara and Tracy, seasoned psychotherapists, would like to welcome you to the first of our Lake Nona mental wellness series. In this first workshop, we do a deep dive into why we act the way we do. Explore with us as we gain a new understanding of the 21st-century version of the true connection between the mind, body, and spirit.
Look forward to a fun and interactive evening under the lights with like-minded souls, wine and cheese. Come take part in building a community of healthy minds.
