Eagle Creek Elementary PTA is hosting its 2nd annual fundraising golf tournament!

Date: Saturday, October 8, 2016 – Registration 12PM/Shotgun start @ 1PM

Location: Eagle Creek Golf Club, 10350 Emerson Lake Blvd, Orlando FL

Details:

• 4 Person Scramble
• Dinner Included with Play
• Longest Drive and Closest to the Pin Contest

Individual Golfer – $85: Includes 18 holes for one golfer, cart fees, range balls, and dinner. Shot gun start @ 1:00 PM. Registration starts at 12:00 PM.

Foursome (Team) – $340: Includes 18 holes for 4 Golfers, golf cart, range balls, and dinner. Shot gun start @ 1:00 PM. Registration at 12:00 PM

Corporate Sponsorship – $250: Hole Signage with Logo; opportunity to have a table at the hole and promote your business

Corporate Sponsorship – $500: Includes 18 holes for a Foursome (Team), range balls, cart and dinner. Hole signage with logo; opportunity to have a table at hole and promote your business.
