Bolay Lake Nona Grand Opening!

Bolay, the latest restaurant concept to make a splash into the fast casual dining scene, will be celebrating the grand opening of its Lake Nona location and want’s you to join in on the fun! Created by Chris Gannon and his father, Tim Gannon, co-founder of Outback Steakhouse, the restaurant with its “so fresh, so bold” motto invites food lovers of all ages to build and customize their own nutrient rich bols packed with super foods and savory proteins.
