We have to do our part in keeping our community safe – and it’s our hope that this new format can attract even more supporters who will help us meet the ever-growing need as many industries experience a significant hit.” \nLast year\, the event raised $400\,000\, which allowed Second Harvest to provide 1.6 million meals across Orange\, Osceola\, Lake\, Seminole\, Brevard and Volusia counties. Second Harvest hopes to meet – or exceed – that amount with so many neighbors feeling a direct impact of job cuts related to the Coronavirus pandemic.
