An event every week that begins at 6:00 pm on Tuesday, repeating until November 30, 2020

Beginner class in the basics of the Yang style
(24 positions).

When:  Tuesdays @ 7pm  (Weather permitting)

The side parking lot of the YMCA at Northlake park

5.00 donation suggested.

Tai chi, often referred to as “Moving Meditation” is performed in a slow, focused series of gentle, flowing movements.  A self-paced, non-competitive form of exercise that is known for stress reduction and a variety of other health conditions.
